I filed domestic violence case on May 2017 now recently my huband filed a case in family court with false statements so can I apply for divorce along with domestic violence now? I need truth because my I husband I can't work I quite my job also I can't concentrate in my works also My huband family members always they lying even In front of God and judge also they keeping fake promises everytime he tricked me

After filling domestic violence case allso you can file divorce petition.There is no bar to file divorce .Both are saparate proccedings .You can move the petition before the court for divorce under various grounds
