Sir my sister has been divorsed by her husband say three times Talaq.Now he is abusing her saying to relatives regularly and threatening her for compromise.
Now triple talaq is invalid. your sister should have registered a complaint against her husband. After a registered complaint, her husband will come to her on her terms and conditions for compromise.
if you want to send him to jail, then registered a complaint.

Report to police initially as triple talaq is banned in India now and it's a crime,File a case under Domestic voilence act also. if you want divorce and maintenance as a wife file case for that too all settlement related to muslim marriage should be done via court.
