Allimony left in my case after divorce

Mera divorce final ho chuka hai.
2nd motion mera januray 2025 me ho gya hai. Mere ex ko mujhe allimony 3 installments me dena tha... first motion, 2nd motion and at the time of quashing FIR 498A. Mujhe 2 installments mil gayi hai or divorce case end ho gya h. Par abi tak quashing ka kuch nahi hua. Ex se baat ki uska kehna hai court se date nahi mil rahi file ho chuka hai. Par mere paas information nahi hai. Mein kaise apni 3rd installment ke liye application de sakti hu

Aapke case mein agar 3rd installment FIR 498A quashing ke baad milni thi, to sabse pehle aapko yeh confirm karna hoga ki quashing petition file hui hai ya nahi. Agar ab tak quashing nahi hui hai ya pending hai, to aap legal notice bhejkar ya court mein execution petition daal kar apna 3rd installment claim kar sakti hain. Aapke settlement terms ke documents dekhkar hi final opinion diya ja sakta hai. Court se certified copy ya order file nikalwana bhi ek option hai agar ex-partner delay kar raha ho.
