Alimony and maintenance for myself.

I'm a Hindu girl. My marriage happened 27th january 2019. Got married to a Hindu boy under Hindu marriage act. My registry was not properly done. Just form fill up was done. Hindu marriage happened on 27th jan. The house we lived and the business my husband is carrying is in my mother in law's name but the house is my late father in law's ancestral and the business was his business. My husband has a younger brother but he does another job. The business is carried only by my husband. It was an arrange marriage. Will I get alimony if I get divorced. I'm jobless and doing my graduation
yes you will surely get alimony and a separate flat if you divorce but for that you need to team up well with your lawyer so that both of you go hand in hand and there are various ways to pull them down so for the same you have to be mentally strong and firm
