Agreed for Mutual Divorce after DV and divorce case

My wife filed a false DV case and I have files a divorce case against on her lying and put a 340 for her lies in court. She sent complain to our B 'lore PS to harass me. We have now decided to file mutual divorce. 1. I m going to switch job in IT now, will if affect in my BGV, the complain and for the DV case? 2, How her belongings should be return from my house to hers. After filing the Mutual? 3. is she needs to withdraw her case first then will I withdraw my divorce case?

first, all the divorce matters need to be withdrawn in order to file a fresh mutual consent case. secondly, returning of jewels/belongings can be done during the mediation stage of the case. thirdly, whatever settlement happens during the mediation i.e., return of belongings or withdrawal of a case, everything is going to be mentioned in the settlement statement and signed by both the Parties.

Dear Sir, In mutual divorce there will be two stages and after first stage you have to return all the belongings to her and you have to withdraw your case or convert it into mutual divorce and she has to withdraw all her complaints. Thus, in the second stage you can submit all the documents in respect of all the withdrawals then Court will accept your mutual divorce or your pending divorce case will be converted into mutual divorce case.

both of you need to withdraw cases against each other. belongings she can come and take or arrange for taking it back. she should also return your belongings if any. there should not be any cases or grievances against each other after mutual divorce.
