You can prepare a settlement deed along with the affidavits duely signed by your husband that your husband will never gonna say that he wants divorce from you. and if he say it again than it will become mental harassment to you

first of all... divorce is one thing Jo ki kabhi kisi ek party ki marzi se ho hi ni sakta....there has to be consent of both the parties...toh agar he is saying also let him say agar ye sab aapko dikkat ni deta .. so no need of writing on any stamp paper because vo chahe kuch bhi keh le ya kar lein.... divorce tabhi hota hai jab dono parties divorce Dene k liye ready ho

yes ap stamp paper pr likhwa sakte hain apne pati se ki pehle ki tarah aage kabhi bhi divorce ki koi bhi baat nhi hogi ghar mein ap dono ke beech. Ap baki baatein bhi likhwana chahien to likhwa lena jaise ki apki shadi kb hui kaise hui kin riti riwazon se hui aur parivar ka sabhi sadya mozid tha wagerah wagerah.
