One year since marriage is the minimum statutory requirement for filling a divorce case in the court. apke sath cruelity hui hai is base par aap case kar skte hai aap women cel ja skte hai... agar apko bss unka dimak sahi krna hai toh hmse contact krye.

You seem to be a victim of cruelty. However u haven’t given Enough facts. Secondly if u. It’s are Hindus then as per HMC no spouse can take divorce in the first year of marriage until there is exceptional hardship … kindly b in touch to do your home work

No… wo chahe apna poora zor lagale agar apko divorce nahi dena to wo divorce nahi le payenge at any cost. If you do not want to give divorce to your husband then your husband will not be able to take divorce from you.

Nahi mam one sided divorce nahi mil sakta until vo Divorce petition file karke, divorce decree nahi le lete. Divorce 2 ways se mil sakta h ya tou vo mutual consent le kar apka divorce le ya fir vo divorce petition file kare kisi ground par and vaha se fir unn grounds ko prove karke divorce le. Agar apko unko unke upar case karna hai tou maintenance case kar sakte ho ap.

Pehli baat toh yeh hai ki shaadi ke ek mahine ke ander divorce nahi hota jab tak kuch zyada hi pareshani naa aa rahi ho. The time limit according to the Hindu Marriage Act is one year. Aur suicide note par kya-kya likha tha woh dekhna padega. Zyada janakari ke liye mujhe contact kare.
