After the physical emotional and mental torture I have become emotiona

I am Hindu woman of 31 years old. I have a daughter of 2 years old. I have been tortured physically socially mentally and emotionally for the last five years...Now he started beating and trying to kill me in the public place. I don't feel any emotional connection with my husband... sometimes i feel i don't love him anymore...but I can't divorce him as I m not independent and in depression. I don't feel i can do things all alone perfectly for a life time. The desire to be separated from me, is arising in his heart as I got to know from other people because of my denial of sex. I can't get myself raped happily but i can submit myself to him for the sake of my child. I am not able to love him that way anymore... Because he never thinks he is wrong and justifies everything. I will be able to do so in future or not i don't know. I am ready to live like this. Can he file for divorce on this ground? I am suffering a lot because of his action...ot able to talk confidently, scared and anxiety

As you have told that you are a 31 year old woman and you have one and a half year old daughter and you are very sad and suffering from your husband's behavior and your husband abuses you in public places and all kinds of bad behavior with you And you're so sad and worried and you don't want to be with themYour husband cannot take much from you in divorce that you are living separately with your daughter.

Hello... You can lodge a complaint against your husband related to all these incidents... else can file a divorce if you dont want to live with him... What your opinion...? Firstly matter in which district and if you want to divorce then u file a case and u got maintained as well as your child and and what type of remedy you want and you don’t give divorce then what required? more details contact my number thank you

A.You need to file a mantainance case against your husband with the help of an advocate for claiming monetary help from your husband to live your daily life in a separate accomodation... After getting the order of the court, your husband shall be bound to comply with that order or else he shall be liable for punishment if you file an execution case against him for not complying the order of the court.. you may seek the help of experts from Vidhikarya Law Firm to get the justice within a reasonable period of time...
