After marriage, my wife said she wasn't interested in the marriage and

After marriage, within a week, my wife said she wasn't interested in the marriage and wanted to leave. We communicated with her parents, who supported the marriage, and had three family discussion sessions. Still, she's not ready to accept the marriage. As a husband, can I file a case against my wife for deceiving me in the name of marriage, considering the humiliation my family is facing from society? what about the marriage expenses we incurred? I have video proof that I'm not at fault.

okay I understand your questions so she is not ready to lead happy married life so now your wife are not ready to leaving with you she want separation right so you can safe the marriage you will. file a RCR case at court and you jabe to take a mediation on cou4no and close it early this is the best way to you .

If your wife had no intention to continue the marriage from the beginning, it may amount to fraud or misrepresentation under Section 12(1)(c) of the Hindu Marriage Act, and you may file a petition for annulment. You can also file a civil suit for recovery of marriage expenses if you can establish that you incurred them due to deception. However, filing a criminal case under Section 420 IPC (cheating) requires strong evidence that she deliberately deceived you for marriage with mala fide intent. you should collect all the proofs of her behaviour and about not accepting marriage all call regardins messags or direct meeting recordins ..all proofs are very important..and same time...you can fill civil suit for Damages..in civil court. or private complaint ( criminal case ) against your wife in the magistrate court.
