Hello Sir/Madam
After marriage, if a person wants divorce and wife says she will commit suicide if you leave me and I want to divorce and don't want to live with her then what should I do.
I would advise you to elaborate your query with regards to the reason for your separation. As per Hindu Marriage Act their are certain grounds like cruelty, desertion, adultary etc on which one can seen divorce from his or her spouse.
