After having two invalid and one notice for mo with false allegations

I and my wife got married in 2016 and in 2018 we had our daughter then in 2020 My wife did adultry and left me 3 years ago we have a 4 year old daughter and now she has filed two false cases against me for dowry and abuse...And now she has sent some judicial notice for monthly allowances of 20000 with false allegations and she hasn't filed for divorce I want to get divorce without giving her any allowance but only for my daughter..how can I do that

dear client as per your query since your wife has filled maintenance case for monthly allowance and you want to file for divorce yes of course you can file for divorce you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees....

First of all you said your wife doing adultery, so do you have any evidence? if yes then yu can file Divorce and if you can prove this allegations then you can get Divorce without giving any money as maintenance or as alumni. To know more call me or visit my office

she filed maintenance case where she get order if u can prove that she is living adultery you no need to pay you have to challenge order advocate jay angel if court is satisfied maintenance oder can be cancel but fr child until she married u have to bear her all responsibility and you can file for divorce in district court.
