Hi
You have right to see u r child, u r wife cannot prevent u from seeing. If u want u can file a petition for divorce in that u can file a petition for visitation rights to see your child. The court will surely grant the visitation rights to u as u r the biological father. You have the right to file divorce becoz of the abusive language used by u r wife and cruelty meted to u. If u r wife is not working then she can claim for maintenance, she only has a right over the maintenance, she will not have right over the ancestral property.
