after dismissal of appeal in session court , can file review in mm

In the DV case, after the interim order, I filled an appeal u/s 29 but the session court dismissed it due to the delay of 100 days after that i came to know the circumstance of the complainant has been changed with proof, can i file an application u/s 25(2) to review the interim order and reduce the maintenance

yes in case of change of circumstances you can file an application under section 25 dv act but you will have to adequately prove the change, etc for getting the required relief. The earlier dismissal due to statutory limitation won't impact the application per se.

Yes, you can file an application, if there are changes in the circumstances to reduce the maintenance. But you have to satisfy the magistrate/court that there is sufficient change in the circumstances and when the magistrate is satisfied, then only the court will change the interim order. My advice to you is to bring all relevant documents/proofs regarding the circumstances change in your application u/s 25(2) to get order in your favour.

you can file an appeal in the High Court then, with the condonation of the delay application. misc application can be filed also to reduce. the amount of maintenance but for that it would be better to contact through message or call for better advice and process. Thanks

Yes you can file application under sec 340 croc before this court in execution case also you can file the same application and bring the evidence before court for further details and information please free to contact me at saket court or call my number for further query

Yes. You can file an application under Section 25(2) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 starting therein that since the circumstances of the accused have changed, the interim order needs to be reassessed and reduced. Feel free to reach out for further help, if required.
