Afraid of divorce and my wife can file any complaints against me.

Me and my wife had a fight we harm each other , she doesn’t talk with me respect fully now she had a fight with my parents to , when i parents oppose her she left a home . Now she is working in mumbai and she doesn’t want to come to me (nagpur) . I don’t want to leave her . But i wanted a happy married life . Now i think she can file a divorce . I’m in marchant navy . What can i do for it . I’m afraid that she can file any case against me . She harm my grand mother as well . Please suggest me the best way .

Hello, To secure yourself the first and the foremost thing is to file a police complaint against her else file an NC in the local police station of your area. Apart from that to safegaurd the marriage you can file a petition in the court for restitutions of conjugal rights basically to say that you want to save this marriage. Thank you

You can move to court and file Petition under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of your conjugal rights. If she is willing to cease all disputes just go for mediation and avoid your break up. If she will file Divorce Petition you can show restitution Petition as evidence that you want to save your marriage but she is not willing.

hi in this case you have various remedies in respect of whatever proceedings she will initiate for criminal there is anticipatory bail and quashing for dv there's quashing if she files divorce you can file RCR this way you can defend yourself and your family
