Affair with another married women

Hello,my sister is married for over 14 years and have 2 kids also,but now my sister's husband is having an affair with another married women (her husband knows about it and he doesn't care /afraid of her and they also have 17-18yr old daughter)now he wants to leave my sister,but he doesn't specify if he has married or yet to marry that lady,

hello as you if he had relationship with another lady it has been decreminalised but it's one the strong ground to take divorce from him and he cannot marry that lady without divorce for more details contact me

it's depends on your sister decisions, if she doesn't wish to live with her husband she can proceed with filing divorce and other maintenance cases and get a clarity about his marriage otherwise on mere suspicion no inference can be drawn.

Dear Sir, You just approach Police and his employer and they will teach a lesson to him. In the meanwhile get issue a legal notice or file maintenance case for your sister and her children and approach employer to get his entire salary by your sister.
