Advocate increasing his charges despite committing for certain amount

I got 1st motion done for 13b but lawyer has increased the charge by 6.5k after doing it despite agreeing on fixed amount before. Please advise how to handle such situation. Can I hire another lawyer for 2nd motion?
G offcoarse u may hire another advocate. more over if you are not interested in hiring another advocate u may call me for your help. But so he has increased charges. Generally we advocate don't do so. Please call me in case of need as I am looking after many such type of matters relating to family disputes.
