We have been cheated in love marriage back in 2019. After sharing full story with advocate, she guided for 13A with cruelty grounds for justice. Now she is telling that family court has no authority or power for money as we have been cheated for around 22 lakhs. She is now asking for her fees without delivering us our justice on our terms i.e divorce without any money. kindly guide us and help us. She has also stopped order from passing due to her fees. We want justice at any cost.
I got your point as per condition between you and your lawyer at that time but now as per condition and advice your work couldn't complied therefore lawyer not entitle of obtaining feas amount so you have to request to the court and mentioned all facts court will pass orde as per your case marite
