Advocate fees for Chief of the Petitioner and Cross of the Respondent

My advocate charge me Rs 3500/- for every appeareance in CRPC 125 case . Additionally, he also asks for 15000/- for Chief of the Petitioner& Rs.15000/- for Cross of the Petitioner.I think it's costly. I believe 5000 is right amount. Please guide me for reasonable amount for Chief of pet. & Cross of resp. My religion is Hindu

Hello , every case and fees structure of Advocate defers from cases to case and you can simply negotiate for this Rs 5000/- amount for taking chief examination and cross examination of witness which is reasonable. If you aren’t satisfied you can get NoC from current advocate and appoint new advocate

The charges of every advocate differs. It is the personal choice of the client to hire and pay Advocate. Depending upon the number of years of experience also matters while deciding the legal charges. Charges normally starts from 2k-7.5 k.

firstly it depends upon the advocate to advocate you can't say costly Someone charges 5000 someone also charges 50000 so it depends you can't say a reasonable amount depends upon experience and knowledge
