Advice regarding our next step
14-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have filled a complaint against my husband in CAW CELL under section 498 a . Today was our first meeting there. Plz suggest after how many meetings can mu husband forward his case in court??
I mean after just first meeting can he put case in court for some anticipatory bail ????
How many meetings are required for us before we can move to court???
Query perused. As apprised by you today was the first meeting at the CAW cell. See at the CAW cell the Investigating Officer will try for reconciliation failing which a report will be forwarded to ACP for registering an FIR. Only than your husband will move and seek anticipatory bail. However in the basis of the.complaint he can file for bail and might get notice bail protection.
