Query perused. As apprised by you today was the first meeting at the CAW cell. See at the CAW cell the Investigating Officer will try for reconciliation failing which a report will be forwarded to ACP for registering an FIR. Only than your husband will move and seek anticipatory bail. However in the basis of the.complaint he can file for bail and might get notice bail protection. In case the proceedings at the Cell lead to an amicable solution, the need to approach the court dissipates. However, by assessing your feelings, it seems like approaching the Court expeditiously is a wiser option. Anyhow, further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.
