NRI husband - how to check his salary and properties in India and USA for maintenance and alimony.
Dear Sir,
You have to try your level best by sending emails and registered post to his employer if you know his employer address. Otherwise you have to atleast get passport number of your husband and approach through Ministry of External Affairs and see that his companies traced out and then get issue summons to the employer to inform the Court about his salary etc.
