Advice on 498a case. Family lawyers

My husband is vey violent and cruel and alchoholic and hits me so badly because of money and his mom and treats me like a slave and never respect and care and uses very abusive languages to me and to my parents. My son is 3yrs now staying with me. I have filled 498a case against him. What to do next. Pls help

Apart from this you can also
File a case under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C and there also seek maintenance.
