i got married about 5 months ago and after 5 months my wife called her parents saying she is been beaten up by me and she asked her family to take her back home. she put a false allaegation on me so i need help that what to do when she ll file a false complaint against me
You may file petition u/s 9 Hindu marriage Act already say that she left your home her willingness& alleged that she. has taken away her Stridhan &your mother's ornament which was in her possession u may file a complaint u/s 406 ipc

you can also go the the local police station, and give written complaint about the whole story and you can request to file a FIR against your wife and her family members, for harassing you and giving threats to kill you or kidnap you, it will help you once she will complaint against you in the court as well and if police will arrest you on the basiis of her complaint.
