Q: Can I have a Custom Marriage Contract in India
Here are my queries:1. Groom wants a contract where in I swore to not disrespect his family members, cannot rage my voice in public and be loyal to him and if I can't do that he can divorce me anytime. Is this valid?2. Groom will take the custody of child (if any in future). Is this legal ?3. Groom will not give any alimony whatsoever in case of divorce. Is this valid or legal as well?4. If i agree to all the above 3 conditions. Do my parents need to sign the contract as well or does my signature will suffice ?Please let me know.Thanks

It's of all there is no contract in hindu mythology 2nd if he file divorce case u can oppose this 3d in case of child custody matter if your ward is less than 5 yearold than mother is natural guardian and more than 5 year than court wilĺ decide who is better take care and opinion of child also considered
Q: Can I put a defamation suit on someone who defamed in emails?
Can a bank employee go for defamation suit against false allegations of corruption(use of word corrupted in e mail) by one of Customer through mail to higher authorities. And if yes what will be the procedure for that.

You can file defamation complaint case against a customer if someone send emails to your higher authority which are false because this is document in IT Act &it come to knowledge other than you so u may file civil & criminal case

I have filed DV act after my husband started to deny our marriage of 13 years which was concealed.
