Advice for getting a decree for separation

Am a male living in different state from my partner since last 8 years ,I.e.seprated and now there are is no chance that we can get together as married couple.we have a boy from our marriage and he is also with my partner. we are socially separated and now want it to be legal have filed case under section 9. What are the chances of getting decree as soon as possible?
You stated in the beginning that you and your wife are separated and there is no chance for restitution of conjugal rights and want divorce. But in contrary to this you had filed Petition for Conjugal Rights. There is some confusion. You may ask you wife to come for mutual consent divorce.
