Advice for divorce with my wife

My wife destroying my family I urge her many time to change her behaviour and live happily but she not understanding so pls suggest Is there any formal notice for this or file divorce directly because lost my all pasence pls help urgently

if your wife at present is not staying with you then you can file a complain against her for section 9 hmp to get your conjugal rights instead of divotce application and moreover if yiu dont get any reply then you can file appropriate remedies

you can go with marriage counseling if you both want to live with each other. Ask your wife about this if she wants to live, otherwise you can file divorce. you have 2 ways for divorce, mutual divorce and contested divorce. contact me if you want more details.

यदि पत्नी के व्यवहार से वैवाहिक जीवन में गंभीर मानसिक प्रताड़ना या लगातार मानसिक क्रूरता हो रही है, तो परिस्थितियों और उपलब्ध साक्ष्यों के आधार पर हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम, 1955 की धारा 13(1)(ia) के तहत क्रूरता के आधार पर तलाक की याचिका दायर की जा सकती है। तलाक के लिए सामान्यतः सीधे “नोटिस” देना अनिवार्य नहीं है; वकील के माध्यम से कानूनी नोटिस भेजना वैकल्पिक कदम हो सकता है। यदि मामला गंभीर है, तो उपलब्ध संदेश, रिकॉर्ड, शिकायतें और अन्य साक्ष्य सुरक्षित रखें तथा सक्षम पारिवारिक न्यायालय में याचिका दायर की जा सकती है।
