Advice For Divorce From My Wife So Please Help Me.

Need Divorce from my wife and I have 1 kid 8 years but last 4 years no physical relationship with my wife , nothing.. But stay with sane Room so what should I do.

hi in this case you can proceed to file divorce petition even if you live in same place you can avail custody of the child if you want further you have to rely upon the ground of cruelty that is mental and physical in respect of marital dispute
