Advice for divorce due to non consummation of marriage

Hi,I left my husband s home in 3months after marriage due to emotional abuse n mental torture by his family,refusal by the family for doing a job,abusing my family,humiliating me and non stop harassment and non consummation of marriage. (1) If i am working am i eligible for alimony or maintenance? (2)I earn 30k and husband earns 1 lakh/month? Will I get compensation if I file domestic violence case for cruelty? Both is possible or only either of the two?

Respected madam Good afternoon If you file domestic violence and prays for maintenance and if get maintenance in dv then you will not get maintenance in other case. What is your final decision whether you wish to continue your marriage or you wish to get divorce from your husband. If you clarify this then i can guide properly

Yes you are eligible for damages, though getting maintenance shall be difficult and for that you need to prove his salary & assets and your liabilities. As interim maintenance you can show documents showing that he has no liabilities except you. There are ways to do it.

Both are possible but what you ordee got by this it was not possible to say at that stage for more detail can we talk on phone at evening if possible so call me on my no at evening I will give you better suggestions
