Well, as a Wife, you can merely seek Divorce if you find your Husband indulging in Adultery, i.e, doing Sex with any other Woman or with Man or with anyone from LGBTQ. Adultery has been decriminalized, so you cannot file a Criminal Case against your Husband or with whom your Husband is indulging in Sex . You cannot file Domestic Violence Case too against your Husband.

hi this is advocate m v Kalekar ok your problem I have seen understood that how the other woman defame you and yr wife has filed domestic violence case against you on basis of adultery ok . purely domestic violence case can be filed for the purpose of maintenance..custody of child , no need to prove your adultery that is first thing ok and what is the role of that second women you have to explain me then I can suggest you some more action
