Addict , aggressive husband not willing fr div/quit drugs

My husband is addicted to drugs. I have tried to communicate, sought psych therapy but he is not agreeing. He has anger issues and has hit me 3-4 times on certain occasions in anger. He is not willing for divorce, neither he’s willing for leaving drugs. How can I approach divorce in this case?I’m a working woman frm simple middle class family.He comes from a wealthy business family. If I move out, he will resort to violence, create a scene and has self harming tendency also. Pls suggest smth.

Further, you may file multiple cases against him and his family members and see that some monthly maintenance is awarded to you. You need not worry if he is wealthy person.
