Actually my husband has been living separately for 1 nd a half year......he forced me to go for a mutual divorce....only 2nd hearing is remaining in which I'm going to dismiss my divorce.... meanwhile l hv tried every possible way to convince him by in vain....can I enter his house when I'm not interested in divorce nd no contested divorce is filed from his side?

before starting with any remedy few things are important to be mentioned here. 1. if your weren't ready for a mutual divorce, why had you agreed for a mutual divorce? 2. why didn't you go for Section-9 HMA act.?
