Accused of false FIR, chargesheet and civil recovery suite

My Self(stays in Thane) and my family, has been dragged into false cases and FIR against me by girls Father and Mother from Devrukh (ratnagiri) and has been constantly harassing us through legal tools. I broke engagement(arrange marriage) with girl just because they cheated us in many aspects. Her Dad was an retired police officer and tired to put sexual assault case on me and my family after 6 months as they failed through other ways of harrashment.

You can opt for FIR quashing if chargesheet has not been filed. You can also lodge a counter FIR against the father and the girls. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

You must also file croos FIR against the girl and family, if you will not file FIR against them, then you will have to keep defending the case against you. The other side might extort money from you in order to settle the case in future. You must file fir/complaints against them as well urgently.

U can lodge FIR for harassment against her . U can approach court and file suit for injunction to restrain her and family from defaming you and approaching or contacting you . U can initially send a legal notice

Well, if a false FIR has been lodged against you, then, you can file a Quashing Petition in Bombay High Court under Sec 482 of the CRPC, 1973 to get the FIR and Criminal Proceedings quashed against you and your family.
