Access to my daughter after false domestic violence case
01-May-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My in-laws filed a false domestic violence complaint claiming I pushed my wife to suicide. My wife is alive and recovering. Police advised strict no contact with her or her family. I’m out on bail, no chargesheet yet. I haven’t seen my newborn daughter in over a month and deeply miss them both. I can’t afford a lawyer. I'm Muslim. What are my legal rights and steps to seek child access?
