Abusive inlaws, husband not ready to put seperate family

We've been married for 2+ years and I have 7 months kid, from the 3rd month of marriage my In-laws are abusing me for no reason and they are tried to drag my kid and throw me out of their house, I'm not able to handle their abusive behaviour so I asked my husband to come seperately but he is not at all willing to come, my family want to file a case against them so I need some assistance how to proceed further
