I want to file divorce.. But i want sole custody of my baby as my husband is alcohol addicted.. But i don't know how to prove him alcoholic..
You can file both custody and divorce together... if its a girl child chances of getting sole custody is more for you due to their different growth process than a male child, your husband shall get access of the child.
