Abort her child when women is pregnant for 3 months

My husband has drinking &smoking issue.He use to drink& after drinking he beats me, abuse me.He is so addicted to drink and smoke that in a week he drinks 4 days.we have to face money issue because 40% part of salary goes in cigarette and drink expense.My husband purchased products on my name on emi.forced me to do job to repay emi.He made unprotected relation with me to make me pregnant.I got pregnant.but I don't want to give birth to this child because of financial issues and my husband bad behavior.he is soo rude and always mistreat me.anI want to abort this child.Do I have right to abort it without my husband permission.He is demanding me to give birth to child & he will take my baby with him and marry new girl.

abortion is not a solution it's an offence,u must consult him,if u people are not feeling that u are made for each other ,you may go for legal consultancy and counseling ....go...for legal help , divorce is last option try to manage go for counseling of your husband...

your situation seems drastically bad file a olice complaint and also meet a lawyer and file domestic violence case against him. You as another can decide to keep or not to keep the baby, also made a not of the incidence to police
