Talak se phle shadi nahi krskta. Kr wh shadi krta hai toh ve gairkanooni hai aur uske liye jail bhi hoskti hai. Final decree aanetk weh shadi ke bandhan m hi hain Aur beech m shadi karna mtlb bigamy krna jispe jail hoskti h

Dusri Shaddi court se talak ke decree grant hone ke baad he valid hai. Your brother in law is not entitled to marry to a girl again during the subsistence of the first marriage. In case he remarries during the subsistence of first marriage he will be guilty of bigamy.

जब तक तलाक की फाइनल डिक्री पास नहीं हो जाती तब तक दोनों पार्टी मैं से कोई भी शादी नै कर सकता Hello till the date final divorce decree is not passed no party can get married prior to that the divorce should take place and decree should be passed in both the motions
