Aadhar card is necessary for the divorce

My wife is asking for the divorce and she wants me to send the aadhar card and 10th marks card of me, is that really required

No, it’s not necessary. You’d need one ID proof and not necessarily aadhar card. You don’t have to produce your tenth marks card either All you need is registration certificate (if registered), wedding card, photographs, and one ID proof

hi sir, if your wife is filing divorce case, your adhar card and 10th Mark's card is not required, her address proof is required, I think she is misleading you, kindly contact me for any legal assistance, thanks

Respected Sir, Adhara Card is necessary only to confirm the address of you and the Marks Card to reflect the age only. Normally in Divorce cases, Adhdar Card will require to confirm the address to fix the jurisdiciaon of the case and the Marks card is not relevent as i know. Apart from all for filing the divorce case from wife side, your document does not require. So let her file the case alonw with avaliable documents with her. It is not required to send all these documents and the Adhar Card is required at the time mututal filing of hte divorce case.
