A Girl married her friend's husband and registered their marriage

My friend's sister married her friend's husband. He has two girl childs too.That tells us that she didn't got the social knowledge.After knowing that the other day their parents took her to home&counselled her. Then she want to revoke her marriage.They got married in a church and they issued a certificate.It's been just 20 days after marriage .can you please give an advise on this to void the marriage.
as per your query the guy suppressed the first marriage, however the marriage is null and void you can apply for nullification of marriage in the court having jurisdiction. you can also claim compensation

since it is the second marriage of the husband whilst his first marriage is still subsisting, the marriage between your friend sister and the man is void. the girl should apply to family court to get the marriage annulled and declared as void.
