In legal matters, it's essential to consult a qualified advocate for advice specific to your situation. However, in many jurisdictions, it is possible to file a petition for the quashing of an FIR (First Information Report) under Section 498A (related to cruelty against a married woman) before the filing of a chargesheet. The court will consider various factors and evidence when deciding on the quashing plea. It's crucial to seek legal counsel to understand the process and requirements in your particular case. You can reach me out for this.

FIR Ko quash krne ka liye aapko section 482 crpc me high court me writ lagani padegi, admission ki argument hone k baad court party ko notice k order kregi, order hone k kuch din baad samne wali party ko ana padega reply dene k liye, or phir merit par argument hogi or court writ ko merit par decide krk order kr degi
