6 YEARS MARRIAGE WITHOUT AND PHYSICAL RELATION

Hi Sir/Madam, I've been married 6+years. We don't have any children due to his lack of ability. Initially I didn't knew many of it as I was very young (18 yrs) at the time of marriage and I used to tell him get him check up but he not even taken my advice seriously He don't even acknowledge about the issue due and blaming me , he's not even connecting me emotionally. I recently lost my mother I felt very alone. I don't want to be in this marriage I lost all hope from this person. Pls suggest

Dear Madam, It is nothing but cheating. You can get in examined medically otherwise file Divorce case claiming huge compensation for cheating you. The Court will send him for medical examination to know whether he is potent or impotent. Thus, you can break the marriage with huge alimony.

1. you have to file divorce case to bring an end to the marriage relationship if you don't want to be in this marriage. 2. you have to file divorce petition. 3. you have sufficient grounds to get divorce. 4. he is not connecting emotionally with you. this is also a ground to file divorce.

if you are still living with himgo back to your parental house or relatives house and file for divorce from there. you can also see come maintenance and even compensation for the past improper treatment by him.
