Agar ladki aapke sath nahi rehna chahti aur aapko lagta hai ki yeh shaadi fraud ya dhokhe se ki gayi hai, to aap IPC ke section 415/420 (fraud) ke tahat FIR darj kar sakte hain. Aap divorce ke liye bhi family court me ya to mutual consent se ya phir contested divorce file kar sakte hain. Agar aapke paas is fraud ya demand ka koi proof ho (jaise messages, recordings), to wo court me madadgar sabit hoga. Police aur vakil se turant salah lena uchit hoga taki aap apne legal rights ka sahi istemal kar sakein.
