Dear Sir,
kindly read carefully, you can not again until you get divorce from the first wife and lawfully she is your wife until you get divorce and if you get married before then in that case your wife can file criminal case against you then you may face problems.
and to avoid problem you may complete your divorce process with in 1 month that is possible and some other remedy are also available

Respect Sir,
As per your reference I assist you that file a petition before the running Court regarding compromise petition and take signature of your wife, thereafter file that compromise petition before the Court and prayed that amicable settlement made in between you due o help of relatives and blossomed friends and on the basis of compromise petition withdraw the case because Family Court established for making the relationship between husband and wife. feel free to call me through lawrato.com and also give me valuable feedback...

In the above circumstances if the total period of time less than eighteen months from the date of filing of mutual divorce petition then you do not have to worry and one the next date fixed in court both of you appear before the court and depose your evidence and after that you can get divorce

First thing can be taken into consideration is whether the judgment and decree has been prepared if yes then wait for 3 month and get married there is ablusetly no issue just only exosting 6 months will not suffice
