If you are getting unnecessary harassment from your partner then first of all send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to stay with her then you can go for section 9 HMA and if the situation is unsecure for you then you can also file for divorce. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

no police can arrest and police will give bail from police station it self. as per the current guidelines of Supreme Court in family dispute one cannot be arrested immediately. police will give notice under 41 and still police is creating problems you can file anticipatory bail.

Firstly you have to tell me that if daughter-in-law has been decided only for 2 to 3 months then what has been mentioned by her in the complaint. you have the option to file quash petition before the Hon’ble High Court and a complaint against police officials. you can also file anticipatory bail so that police officials will not able to arrest.

you family must comply with the Notice served by the police under section 41A, meanwhile you need to approach filling the quashing application before the high court to quash,or go for settlement .the process is simple
