Hi sir, my wife filed 498A case against me and my family and sent divorce notice.
I have switched to job recently and bank client found 498a case in background verification. Will it impact my job?
hi it wont impact that much as it is only family matter and then you could file petition to quash the 498A case as it is based on all false allegations and that you are not connected to allegations and that you need to reply to divorce notice
