498a and interim alimony granted by court

Can a private company terminates it's employee basis a 498a case filed by a wife and a copy has been sent to husbands company??? These are just allegations and nothing has been proved till now. My wife has hided her income details in court and has been granted an interim maintenance by session court of 10000/month + 2,40000 arrears. .. Can this be challenged basis that she hided her income details.... I am taking care of all the expenses of my child... Awaiting reply. TIA respected lawyers

Dear sir
If she has hidden her income details on affidavit in court, we can file an application under section 340 crpc for committing perjury. For that a criminal case can be generated against her. For more details you may consult me.

Private company can’t terminate employees on such Types of cases until convicted by highest court. You need to hire expert advocate in this regard

no private company can terminate on the alienation of 498A or any case. if they did it is against the law. if you has fraudulent got the maintenance of such a huge amount you can challenge the order before the session court. if she gave false income affiliate than a criminal case can be registered agaist that women.
