494- biagamy case 420 case need help

My wife did second marriage before the 1st motion of the divorce, and also took allomoney from me. I was not aware about her second marriage. After the divorced police called me informed me about her second marriage. Because she has again problems in second marriage. Can i file case in court for take back money and all stridhan.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have evidence which shows that she was married you can file an application for concealment of fact and breach of whatever settlement was done between the both the parties for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Dear Client if in first motion she received alimony as per the conditions of Divorce Petition and she married with someone's in the mean time so it's come under the ambit of 494 IPC and you may file case against her and as per second motion you should disclose all the facts and circumstances for more clarification you may contact us then I'll explain properly about your case. Since you have mentioned that your wife has done second marriage without decree of divorce, she is liable for the offence of bigamy. It's not possible to take back stridhan just because she has done second marriage without divorce.
