मेरे पति मेरा और बच्चे का खर्च नहीं उठाते हैं अपने माता-पिता के सामने मेरी और बच्चे की पूरी तरह उपेक्षा करते हैं बच्चों की परवरिश स्वास्थ्य पढ़ाई में उनका कोई योगदान नहीं है वह मेरे और बच्चे के प्रति कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं उठाना चाहते और साथ ही शराब पीकर गाली गलौज करते हैं तो मुझे डर लगता है कि कहीं हाथ ना उठा दे ऐसी स्थिति में मुझे क्या करना चाहिए कहीं सोशल गैदरिंग में भी साथ नहीं रहते घरेलू कार्यों में भी मदद नहीं करते और पैसों को लेकर भी हमारा विवाद रहता है बच्ची पर भी कोई ध्यान नहीं देते मैं क्

hi you can ask for maintenance under section 125 crpc this will help you get interim maintenance and permanent maintenance your husband is not paying the maintenance to you and child the child should get enough maintenance to sustain
