hi sir meri shadi ko 2sal hone wale hai mera husband mujhe sath ni rakhta sapration k bhane 9 month se m apne ghar rh rhi hun or vo mujhse lgatar paise magta rha jab m dene se inkar kiya to mujhe divorce ki dhamki de r hai or mujhe marta hai bolta hai to m kya kuch legal action le sakti hun kya

of course, u can file for maintenance u/s 125 CrPC against her. U can also file a complaint before women cell. Divorce is not difficult as ur husband himself wants to. So you can file u/s 13B for Mutual Divorce. If u alone want divorce then u can file petition u/s 13(1)(i) (a) on the grounds of cruelty before concerned Family Courts having jurisdiction.
