125 me meri wife me do income affidavit diye hein jinme sign alag alag hein aur ek affidavit aadha adhura bhara hua tha aur muje nh pata vo court aati hein ya nh aati kyuki me har date par ja nh pata to order sheet par dka vaha bhi uske kabhi sign hindi me hein aur kabhi english me muje aisa lagta hein koi aur uske sign kar lete hein muje kya remedy milegi iski

agar aap ki wife ne jo income affidavits de hai aur usemey sign alag to aap unsi phir si sign maang saktey hai agar aap ko lagta hai to agli date per aap unkey sign ki liye ek application de saktey aur apni problem ko bata saktey hai kyoi kabhi kabhi wife ki place per jo unka representative hai wo sign kar sa

agar apko lagta ha ki apki wife ne koi galat jankari di ha income affidavit me to uske liye 340crpc ki application file kar sakte ha or agar apko lagta ha ki jo apke pas copy ha wo sahi nahi ha to. court se certified copy le sakte ha. jyada jankari ke liye call kar sakte ha
