21-Apr-2023 (In Cyber Crime Law)
Hi sir/ Madam, someone sending sms me & saying she is my husband x wife... but she is not giving me any proof.. she said, she has daughter from my husband.. & my husband is not accepted that, his having extra marital affair... He is refused that.. What should i do... please give me any suggestion.
You may lodge a complaint with the nearby police station and seeek help of police or you may confront your husband first if he was really married before marring you and if that marriage was not dissolved then your marriage is invalid in the eyes of law.
You can file a complaint with Cyber Cell against such person. Approach cyber cell with the facebook profile Id and the messages received by you. If your husband is denying such charges possibility is high that profile may be fake and intention may be to just trouble.
